What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide but unfortunately cannot ship to Australia or South Africa.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all boxes on the 21st of each month and these typically arrive with all customers within 4 to 8 working days.

We ship all boxes on the 21st of each month, or the next available working day during weekends.

Billing

What currencies can I pay in?

You can pay in either GBP £, USD $, CAD $ or EURO € by selecting the relevant flag in the rop right of the page, or at the start of the 'Get Started' page. You can still order if your currency is not listed, simply select whichever currency you would like to pay in, and this will then converted to your currency by your bank at the local exchange rate after checkout.

How do you cancel a subscription?

If your bunny isn't enjoying their Happy Bunny Club box just reach out to our team and we'll see what we can do to help. We can also change your box frequency, offer customisation options, skip a month, pause your subscription or of course cancel this for you. You can reach us at support@happybunnyclub.com.
